- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ⅓ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup buttermilk
- ⅓ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 large egg

Prepare
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a cast-iron skillet or baking pan.

Combine cornmeal/flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
